Hearing on HB 1492, changing the requirements of a “manifest educational hardship,” on January 30 at 1 p.m.

The House Education Committee will hold a public hearing on HB 1492 on Tuesday, January 30 at 1 p.m. in LOB 207.

The bill alters the requirements of a “manifest educational hardship” and provides school boards with more flexibility in reassignments.
