Hearing on SB 191, funding full-day kindergarten programs, on Tuesday, February 7 at 9:30 a.m.

The Senate Education Committee will hold a public hearing on SB 191 on Tuesday, February 7 at 9:30 a.m. in LOB 103. The bill would fully fund full-day kindergarten programs.

Hearing on HB 155, funding full-day kindergarten, on January 12 at 1 p.m.

The House Education Committee will hold a public hearing on HB 155 on Thursday, January 12 at 1:00 p.m. in LOB 207. The bill increases the amount of funding available for kindergarten students by altering the education funding formula. The bill removes the provision that kindergarten students are funded at half the rate of other students.
